The Drive Home (part 1)

We left our accommodation on Skye this morning and drove down the island (stopping for a few photos see extra 2). We then drove across the bridge to the mainland. Onward to Fort William, we then drove through Glencoe (where the main blip was taken) which looked fabulous in the sunshine. Next stop was Stirling where we picked up the motorway and were soon piling on the miles.

Tonight we’re staying near Ambleside in the Lake District. As we arrived, the sun was dipping out of view. I got a few photos just before it disappeared (see first extra).
