Less lazy

A bit of a disturbed night last night with a very warm Bailey deciding he would sleep on my bed for the first time since we came back from Norfolk. He needed wrapping in a damp cloth at half two but did then settle.

I determined to be less lazy than yesterday and managed to be up, run and back by half eight. A walk for Bailey before it got too warm and then a work job ticked off the list. Some ordering and sorting of things, washing Bailey’s bed and a long catch-up conversation with a friend and colleague who wasn’t in school for the last few weeks of term. And a final walk for Bailey once it had cooled down quite a bit. Hopefully we’ll both get a bit more sleep tonight.
