Finch

Finch is a fabric and sewing shop in Leesburg. We're acquainted with the owner, and she graciously participated in a downtown treasure hunt years ago for Isabelle's birthday party. W and I walked past the window tonight after another mild storm swept through.

The clouds I posted last night, it turns out, were posted by quite a few locals on social media sites (like Facebook) who caught bright rainbow edges around the clouds, which I hadn't seen, and which apparently are called fire rainbows or a "circumhorizontal arc caused by light passing through wispy, high-altitude cirrus clouds." Wish I'd seen that!
