What have you got?

I took granddaughter C to our local country park for ‘wild Wednesday’ which involved doing some meadow sweeping through the long grass to find bugs, otherwise known as mini beasts. She really enjoyed it and after several spiders, shield bugs and other things, she managed to get a grasshopper which was one of the more high value creatures. She put it in a plastic jar to examine and then everything was released back to the wild at the end of the session. Great fun. A few more photos in extras.
