Afternoon heat! E.B.

The expected heatwave is with us now for a few days. Highs of 33C, then 34C tomorrow and Friday.
I spent most of the afternoon in the garden under the shade of next door’s large leylandii, reading
Too hot to walk anywhere.
I took this photo at teatime.
It’s a wonder the solar powered butterfly garden wind chimes haven’t melted.
I’ve been unaccountably tired today.
So I’m really behind with my comments.
