Heather
Today was even hotter - this is becoming monotonous! I remembered why I don't like living in a hot country, it is the same every day just hotter and hotter. Think it was 31C so we had a walk in the woods where it is shady, then went on to the common to see the heather. I am sure the heather won't last in this heat, we have some in our garden that has died.
Back home for an iced coffee and then I had to sort out the printing of some photos, mainly of Tommy's 21st which I am framing, and also printed some copies for the family. It took ages to select the photos then re-edit them for printing - then I also bought some frames online.
I got an email from Fixation to say that my lens has been repaired and is ready for collection. I will try to go collect it this week, although when it is so hot I don't feel like getting on a train, they are stiflingly hot.
Gavin will be home early from work tonight as we are going to Kent to have supper out with friends, it will be lovely to catch up with them over dinner.
