took this blip from the car waiting for my nurse appointment……it was under a tree and there was a lovely breeze through open windows…..

i found out that i shrunk 4 cm in a year…..that explains my backache, my bp is to high so i need to take it 4 times a day this week…..that’s enough stress to raise it :):):)
but my blood tests were all good….and diabetes well under control…..so overall not a bad result…

at the home group this morning we started to do the Ffall ddy Brennan blessings course again……

and i just came home from having a lovely time with my neighbours …and a super cooling drink….
