Shady lady

Awake just after 8, took an early ish walk into town before it got too hot.

Sat outside in the sunshine to drink my coffee…… this weather is perfect for keeping my tan topped up ;-)

Bought a few bits for my visitors at the end of the week….. and got two jumpers in the sale, didn’t try them, way too hot for that! Thankfully they are both ok.

By the time I’d walked home, it was getting really warm, got changed into something I wouldn’t wear beyond the garden lol. Had a light lunch then did a few things around the garden. Trimmed the dead lavender heads off, dead headed my daises, pruned the viburnum a little… just enough room in the garden bin, it will be emptied tomorrow.

Then got my chair, positioned it under the arbour, made a cup of tea, got my kindle & that’s where I’ve been for the last hour or so….. no plans to move any time soon :-)
