Spic and Span

S had decided to replace the little palms that had been in stasis for the last few years, so the planter needed cleaning. A good hour's scrubbing and scraping later and, if not looking like new, it's at least ready for its new palm occupants! The planter is a keepsake from when S worked in the Bread St co-op in the dim and distant past so is one of our oldest possessions. Hardly a family heirloom though!!
