Ka Pow!

It's August, so it's birthday season.

The garden is in build mode now and at mid day it struck me that if I wanted my fence painted before the new flags were laid, I had better crack on.

What a glorious day for pluttering, bum in soil, fingers covered in paint, dabbing away, baking in the heat.

At 4.30pm I remembered we were going out at 6pm. Out to celebrate my big sister's birthday. That girl means the world to me. We are so lucky we stay near each other. Cocktails and an incredible tasting menu at Ka Pao. Much better said whilst swishing a Cape and pumping the air with a first. Kapow!!!!
