Quiet in town

It's holiday-time and then it's quiet in Den Haag as many go outdoors or abroad for making holidays ~ I took a bike ride into town in the afternoon, just to get outdoors and try my  energy levels again. It's lovely to notice that the bother from the symptoms is less strong! I think I'm on the mend!
