Well, today didn't work out quite as I expected.   After missing yesterday's Blip on International Cat Day, I thought I was sorted for today.  I knew what today's would be.  Except it wasn't.   So here's my dinner.  Courgette fritters with an egg.  Really tasty by the way. 

The other thing that didn't work out as I was expecting is my trip to Edinburgh next week.  The friend I was going to be staying with has broken her leg.  Then, I received an email to say my train has been cancelled.  Now, instead of going on Saturday by train, I'm going by car on Wednesday. 

Fortunately, I hadn't bought any festival tickets for Sunday to Wednesday yet, although I was so close last night but just didn't checkout of the fringe site.  Spooky eh?
