Salad today

Bacon and french beans (beans another gift from Saturday visitors) plus scotch eggs.  We sat in the garden but with the addition of my fan on an extension lead as so hot again.  The awning keeps the sun off, but does keep the heat in.
Vertically challenged mother of a groom visited this evening with two outfits to be shortened for the big day in September.
