Seydisfjordhur

Arrived on the very beautiful east coast of Iceland this morning…though it was considerably murky on the cruise down (see extra). Some very lovely cloud inversions all the way down the fjordur. We didn’t dock until late morning by which time the sun has burned through and it’s been a gorgeous day.

Typically we’d picked one of the ships own tours today and whilst we’ve been driven through some stunning scenery the actual stops were either very commercialised or not particularly interesting.

Trying out one of the speciality restaurants tonight for a change, think it’s Asian cuisine.

Added a further extra of a derelict boat in the most stunning setting as we were getting ready to set sail…back to Scotland !!
