Our lovely Myrtle….

……. Is still settled on Keith’s chair. The cats are missing him. We were part of a meeting today with Keith’s hospital team..the staff in person, including Keith, and Margaret, Duncan and I linked in by phone. Keith is too unwell to come home and plans are being made to settle him in the hospital wing of a rest home. We are all comfortable with those plans.
Duncan and I are still very unwell with Covid-19. Weak, dizzy at times, no appetite, quite scary. My cough has abated probably due to Anti-virals Paxlovid. God only knows how much worse we would be if we had not been vaccinated and boostered. PLEASE people…. Wear masks. Not just for yourselves but to protect those around you. One day at a time….
