Pretty Flower

This morning It was back to the pool for exercise class.  This afternoon I have baked a new recipe, an Armenian Spice Cake.  It is smelling delicious.  When it is cool it gets cream cheese icing on it which in my opinion makes any cake taste good.  On the kitchen bench is this narcissus stem in a bottle, of course.  I managed to photograph it in some some weak sunshine on the windowsill.  Thanks to Debbie for hosting this month.  
The forester will be home this evening.  His ferry was delayed two hours because of strong winds.  He won't mind a rough crossing.  He spent the extra time at our son's house visiting with Finn who can now climb up the slide and slide down by himself.  I had a picture sent to me.
