I was out doing a few things in my own garden this afternoon and saw a monarch butterfly floating around. When I finished flagging some daylilies that will be going with me, if and when I move, and deadheading some other things, I went in and grabbed my camera to get a few photos. I found the monarch sitting on some yarrow. She wouldn't open her wings for a better photo.
A mostly cloudy day, but still humid. I think there is a dome over Dartmouth preventing us from getting any rain. Other areas get showers and we get a few drops. We'll see what happens the rest of the week.
