Perfect spheres of colour.
I could use this as an opportunity to flog a certain seed company seed company in Atlantic Canada whose bulbs are crap, but I won't. This is the last Grape Hyacinth of ~9-15 that I planted several years ago. My garden started out as an homage to my Botanical research (rose family) and native plants of Eastern North America. I soon realized that not much happened in the early spring, and native plants don't really have the flowering longevity of their horticultural, twice-removed cousins.
