Sant Ciriac

I didn't know which to blip, so I've cheated.
A day sorting and washing homeless clothes, also repacking clothes and shoes to store at the centre so at least our flat isn't filled up with all the stuff we have to give away. It's the first time ever that the top of our wardrobe hasn't been jam packed with stuff - can't wait to move all the things that are stored under the beds too!
Tonight was the annual berenada. A picnic and free huuuuge paella to celebrate the Catalan landing (on this very beach, our rocky beach) in 1235. 2 of the San An team came to join in as well which was lovely. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Nate being full of stories and delight about last night's party - he got home at 20 past midnight in the end!
2) Danny visiting Mitch in prison and seeing that he's coping really well.
3) Ibicencan traditions such as the berenda. Special to feel part of these events.
