Zoo Trip

As H had a day off from work we had a mum and daughter day at the zoo H used to work there as a keeper a number of years ago so it used to be my second home as I used to meet her for lunch most weekend days depending on which one she was working and also me and M used to visit at least once in the holidays. The sun was shining and we had a super if sweaty day seeing most of the animals as some stayed a little out of sight in the shade we saw the two new baby orangutans ( you might just spot them in my collage picture) Jazz is the mum to the one Jimmy and grandmother/adopted mother to the other Joe as her daughter Sprout gave birth but rejected it (we think she is still very young to be a mother) but thankfully Jazz has taken over. We also saw the baby anteater riding his mother's back and for once we managed to get photos of the bush dogs as they were lying down for a change. Absolutely shattered now and ready for bed
