Hanging out the washing

I was a bit distracted.
One of those days when I've been busy but not always sure with what!
I did get the washig done and some housework, and had a walk with Mr Rat on the Arbroath Cliffs, where there weren't as many flowers as usual (too dry, I think) but quite a lot of butterflies. There were also youngsters doing scary things like walking out onto overhanging bits or jumping into the sea from a great height - we tried not to look!
I did a little gardening as a few things had to be watered and this evening it was the run with the group, my legs were a bit stiff but got round okay.
Warm but a pleasant breeze.
