Cycle Road
After watering the meadow again, we sat down on the front decking area for a cuppa only to be joined by some neighbours and were chatting for a good hour.
With a good bit of the day gone, we decided on our first cycle ride into Ross on Wye so Mrs BB could return and also collect a library book. We continued through the town and along the river bank where I took the blipfoto of Mrs BB in full flow. We returned along the Hereford Road (mostly pavement) to Winters Cross and then along a country lane through Glewstone where there are acres and acres of apple orchards (I blipped last week) to Pencraig and back to Goodrich (Herefordshire, UK). There are some idiot drivers out there (we met a couple today!) and I don't enjoy cycling roads especially having had three colleagues killed on their cycles over the years, hence using pavements where they exist.
The temperature has been about 28C and the forecast is even warmer as the week goes on.
