It’s been a beautiful day, getting hotter as the next heatwave builds. There have been several fires locally, everything is tinder dry.

Groomed the dogs before it got too hot. Tommy has had his coat cut short. In theory this should make grooming easier. Not so. I have no idea how much they paid for him to be trimmed out, but the groomer has left all the tangles and knots and has just cut off the long coat. I spent a long time de knotting him. I’m sure he feels so much better now. He did show me his white teeth several times, but he knows I wasn’t frightened of him and he respected that.

It appears my phone has no more storage for photos. Looks like I’ll be going through the 3,000 + images, and deleting! Not looking forward to that.
