Apple tree

Was on duty at church this morning.  There was a children's play week on last week, and they had been using the sanctuary as a ship.  This morning they were all dressed as sailors and treated us to a sea shanty, after the service.  It was also Communion, so it was quite a busy morning.

The afternoon passed quietly with me doing some cooking for dinner, and the HG in the garden.  I had a bit of a local walk and I have blipped a wild apple tree which I pass quite often.  There are quite a few apples on it but from previous experience I know them to be very sour.

After dinner, C, Bob and I watched the Commonwealth Games, cheering on Scotland of course.
