Went out on our bike ride straight after breakfast this morning. Roy had a different route in mind, then he revised it on the return leg so we picked up the Trans Pennine railway track into Penistone, and stopped for a coffee at Generation's Cafe :)

This afternoon I have done some washing and ironing while keeping up with the Commonwealth Games. The women's hockey team got the gold in a fast paced match! Great to see the pitch laid out on the University campus with Old Joe in the background - brings back memories :)
