Detail from a gate…

I just had a quick wander around Trinity Square but I took my Olympus camera with me. 
I managed to find all the necessary bits to be able to transfer the pics from the SD card to my iPad and onward to my IPad Pro by AirDrop. 
This is an abstract shot of detail around the gate of the Victoria Homes. It did feel quite heavy to carry the camera and lens on my shoulder but nothing like the big DSLR I once had so with a bit of body building I should get used to it.
Yesterday I spoke to the two people I wanted to use as referees for the Health Connections voluntary work so this morning I was able to complete all the paperwork ready to drop off at their office in the morning.
Things are falling into place quite nicely.
And on the hip walking front.. I took my red and green stick with me but really it’s just a nuisance but I suppose if I end up at the top of a flight of steps it is a wonderful security blanket but otherwise I’d be better with nothing.
And stiffness? Once again I woke up with stiff knees and ankles  and a walk that any duck would be proud of! And excruciating pain in my arms. A couple of co-codamol and a doze while they kicked in and I’m good to go for another day. Not ideal really..
