Yew Chicken

This morning I came across this nice Chicken of the Woods fungus growing on a Yew tree. This bracket fungus frequently grows on yew trees and there is some controversy as to whether the toxins in the yew are transferred to the fungus. Anyway, I just liked the way the sunlight was highlighting the uppermost bracket.
