It’s official

I was reading an article in the press today about the foot ware “Crocs”. The journalist hates them and said ‘there’s no accounting for taste’ but even so Crocs have sold more than 720 million pairs. 

I was a bit taken aback when one of our sons gave me this pair about 20 years ago. But…..they are the best for camping and gardening and when they finally wear out I will buy some more. Does that mean I have no taste, probably. 

We had a quiet Sunday at home. It was raining on and off but I did another section of gardening trying to de weed the garden and Bob did some vacuuming. He has taken on that job since I hurt my back last year. 

The caravan has sprung a leak, the front window has moved a bit allowing the rain to track in behind the bed. It has taken us a week of investigation to find the problem. We are planning another shorter trip away in the van in between dog sitting for the local families while they take holidays. I have 2 proposed routes and will check the best time to visit each before deciding where to go.
