Wonderful music from a super orchestra, and on a special day.

Held at the Fernando Luis Gallery, we launched the New Yerwood Center and talked of our new mission and new plans for the Center and its children. Programs will include the Arts, Culinary Arts, Technical, Sports and Financial Management.

And of course, a school garden:-).

At the heart of the Yerwood Center's new identity is one simple word that encapsulates our new vision: Dream! Though such an basic concept, "Dream!" speaks to something greater than our organization and even ourselves; it is a word that solidifies in our very foundations that our Center is a place where our children and families come to believe in something bigger than themselves. We are all committed to not only encouraging our children to dream, but are giving them the faculties necessary to pursue and achieve those dreams.

Many people from the community attended and it was a great feeling to be part of all this and hopefully to make a difference.
