Changing the letters

A walk around town tonight with a stop at the Black Hoof Brewery. A band was loading up after a concert at the Tally Ho, an employee already preparing for the next one. 

A good day with an early start, coffee and errands and recycling and people watching. I'm wondering if William and I always enjoyed seeing families with little kids this much (I don't think so), or if it's just because ours are about to leave home. Lots of yard work later on. I've been staying indoors more than usual this summer because of some skin carcinoma, and it's a jungle out there. Slathered on the sunscreen, wore a proper sunhat, and attacked with the cranky string trimmer. Much tree pruning after that.
