Leading the Pack

Today Matilda lead 7 other Morris Minors on a 100 mile tour of North Yorkshire. Our furthest point was the Mathewsons Auction house of Bangers & Cash fame in Thornton le Dale. As my Blip shows they had a Morris Minor up for auction.

We then went to a popular motor cafe called NY500 for lunch. We returned to the campsite via the western side of the North York Moors which tested their cars and brakes. Matilda seems to be made for those narrow twisting roads.

This evening we adjourned to a local restaurant for a hearty meal and some prize giving. It has been a long fun packed day.
