Get on board

As predicted, we had a strong headwind. It was also a lot colder. It even thundered last night.
The route was indeed straight, but beautiful. The Dutch landscape is quite beautiful and varied.
In protest against the measures that the government wants, the so-called nitrogen policy, farmers in the country have hung the tricolor upside down on what seems to be every lamppost. It isn't the intention, but it does looks very cheerful. At least to me.

We cycled to a farm campsite near Kanis. A lot of families, small haystack-shaped camping huts, pigs, calves to cuddle and cows. I loved it.
