Twenty-nine

I have thoroughly enjoyed book number twenty-nine and already think it’ll be in my top books of the year. Witty, packed with quirky characters and umpteen threads which were tied off very satisfactorily by the end. It’s prompted book number thirty too - a re-visit to a book I read 30+ years ago.

We did a supermarket trip this morning and then had a visit from the favourite people this afternoon. Bailey was very pleased to see them and we had a good catch up on respective holidays on opposite coasts. And tonight I have watered the garden whilst Bailey has supervised from one step down.
