Form follows function.

As seen from the street, reminiscent of a '60s-era robot, although the building opened in 2013.

More functional than a building shaped to look like a dinosaur, I guess.

Caught my eye while driving past, when all I saw was two eyes looking at me. The playfulness of the design made sense when I saw what the building is used for.
