Buzzard

This Buzzard is becoming quite a regular visitor to the trees at the end of our garden.  It is noticeable just how quiet the feeding station is when he is sitting there.

I went to Arnside Knott to try to photograph Scotch Argus butterflies this morning.  I drove over in bright sunshine but within minutes of reaching the top it started to rain and all the butterflies disappeared.  Just to rub it in, a dog walker told me that she had seen several earlier on before it started to rain.  I shall try again another day.
