…a butterfly

has made an appearance

in the garden

the community garden - that is, which people - in my apartment - complex work very diligently - every summer to grow - with veg and flowers

usually i see - many more butterflies - each summer but - for whatever reason - this summer not - many butterflies have - been visiting at all - there have been several - swallowtail and a few - cabbage white which - are too quick for me - and then i noticed - this one taking - its sweet time - giving me plenty - of opportunity to - get into position - to snap a fairly - decent shot while - engaging in some wonderful - murmurings of gratitude - for her allowing - me to have…
