Commonwealth Games

So today, fellow Blipper W and I came to Birmingham to see a couple of sessions at the Commonwealth Games. We had a quick look around the City Centre and saw the Bull from the Opening Ceremony. We had lunch overlooking the canal and then booked into our accommodation. We took a Shuttle Bus to the Alexander Stadium. The buses were plentiful and very well organised. We've seen some great events tonight - the high jump in the Men's Decathlon; the Women's 100m final; some heats of the Womens 400m hurdles; and many medal ceremonies. We're looking forward to the Mens 100m hurdles. More tomorrow.
