Buzzing

I managed to pop down to the allotment between teaching the morning and afternoon yoga classes in Dumfries and Annan.
The wild flower beds were full of life and they bring me so much happiness.
I picked a few strawberries and raspberries and then planted some mixed leaf lettuce in the greenhouse. I noticed a few tomatoes starting to change colour :-)
After teaching I went to see my Mum , we sat outside in the sunshine. I helped Mum to speak to her friend Nellie on my mobile.
