Picture this.

I had a text from Des this morning to say he wouldn't be coming to the gym, as he was busy getting ready for his upcoming holidays. I was only expecting so see Vic, which I did, but he has been feeling croc the last few days. It was a nice surprise to see Mike, a regular, who I haven't seen since before lockdown. He lost his wife, to covid, so he has only just felt strong enough to come back. I walked into town, did some shopping, then caught the bus home.
