I had a better night's sleep and went out for a 5 km run up to the edge of Norland Moor this morning.

The carpet fitters called this afternoon to quote for a new hall, stair and landing carpet.

The oregano plants at the side of the lower patio are attracting lots of bees and the odd butterfly including this Holly Blue.

It's four years since I last blipped a Holly Blue butterfly.
