New shoes

Leo is fancying doing some running to supplement his gym sessions so we popped to the running shop for a gait analysis so he could get a decent pair of trainers.

He found a pair he liked so he will be pounding the pavements soon.

I am not sure how far he would have to run in order to compensate for the massive plate sized waffle and ice cream he enjoyed at Dart’s Farm when we headed out for some breakfast.
