Free Food

Had my morning walk to the Dog Field, formerly known as the Bull Field before it was given over for village use.
The community orchid is looking good and some trees are heavy with fruit.
We grow apples, pears and plums for anyone to pick as needed.
There is a community herb garden nearby and l am a regular visitor to that. 
Some vegetables are grown outside the library for free use too.


Going to YorkGate this afternoon then Elaine is coming for a few days.


I have put my steps for July in extras, ( couldn’t upload it for the past few days) still managing over 10,000 steps on average though this was a weaker month mainly due to the heat.
