Work-Shop
The morning started around 9 with Cupcake still not having completed the necessary preparation for his Saturday-job interview today. An hour later Dad was driving him into town, having run out of time to cycle.
Still wondering about Time Management courses.

Afterwards, E and I headed off to Peterborough to the 16mm railway show. We've had no time to run our own railway, mainly due to the various in-tray's needing constant attention, but it was nice to spend a couple of hours watching other's trains go round, catch up with people, and buy a few bits and pieces.

This is a view into one of the model-of-the-year competition entries, a 16mm to 1ft scale model of a railway workshop. Best 'large'. A winner if I were the judge, though it does illustrate the perennial problem that engineers are great at modelling hardware, detritus, and buildings; but have no clue when it come to the human figure.
Peterborough has even less clue when it comes to road signage. Somewhere striving to be an "Eco Capital" has a long way to go when we waste far too much petrol trying to find the Showground.
