Up early and out back for a pedal before work.

A final water of the plants round at The Vacationers' Garden after the aforementioned work and then I have to admit that I laid on the sofa and watched a load of sport - all sorts of it - from Birmingham over the course of the evening. All that running, jumping, throwing, swimming.....exhausting. Calls for an early night!
