Riding the tortoise

Marie, Teagan and their new baby came round for a little post work van outing. We stopped first at the playground for Teagan to try everything out, then drove a little further round to Goring Gap.

We popped the van roof up, cooked sausages and had a picnic in the sunshine. It was a very nice little bit of time. Then Teagan announced herself tired and ready to go home. I miss enthusiastic young children chuffed to bits with the smallest things. I came home and told Will off for sitting on his fifteen year old bottom all day and doing none of the jobs he had on his list. Pffff.
