New decoration - a lighthouse!

Maybe the lighthouse is a sign? 

Today I got results of my knees x-ray examination made yesterday. I bet the doctor has different kind of sound in her voice as we meet next time. And maybe I need a lighthouse to find a right desision on this matter.
