Cut At Last!

The new mowers were in action today. The grass really needed a cut it was getting out of hand. I wasn't there when it was being cut, so I haven't played with the mowers just yet. This is our back garden....now you can see why we needed a sit on. You can also see my two happy dogs chasing about.

I took a dip in the lake again this morning. It was a better temperature than last week. It was 12 degrees. I trained really hard and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had to practise our starting for races. I don't actually like that bit much. It's a mad dash for the lead...arms, elbows and feet are flying everywhere and it's quite easy to get hit or kicked. I've been lucky so far as I make sure I get out in front fast.

Then I had a full day at work. I'm lucky as all the children I take are really lovely. They come out with such funny things and always put a smile on my face....and that's been needed badly.

Home.....bath....food....bed! ......I've got a 5k swim tomorrow x
