Dinner Cooking

Since I have stuff to do and needed to eat, I thought I should reduce the distance between myself and dinner to avoid it burning. The fire bricks did a good job keeping it to a low simmer for an hour or so without sticking. The dogs kept an eye on things too.

Lots of phone calls today. A set of keys rather carelessly travelling round the Ukraine, but WS sorted that out, KG came for another set, A&Z brought me 13 eggs and MJ&Ks just came and said hello.

Dinner was tasty, but and an extra 15mins wouldn't have hurt. Hunger won.
I have a few more pages of class sizes to go... ...don't ask...
