My Rainier in Mono

Ah relief as cooler weather greeted us here today in the Seattle area! I had a rather sleepless night due this acid reflux issues and insomnia so o slept in this am. Then I took my friend who is battling cancer on a country ride where this view of the mountain was seen. We enjoyed the country views and the beauty of the forest greenery as well as it was good mental therapy.
