Take off !

Swathes of Loosestrife decorate the banks of the river as it wanders through the park. The bees seem ver6 drawn to it as they buzzed in and out of the flower heads , they moved so swiftly that it was tricky to get a decent shot .
Bramble enjoyed a swim in the river and then later in the day We went for a swim at the local leisure centre . The first time in years that I’ve swum in a pool , it was lovely.
